Children will not participate in the Winter Sports Program if:
1) They are sick the day of the program.

Leaving the school before the program.
The winter sports programs start at 11:30am. Students are expected to be at school on winter sports days in order to participate in the program. Our school has a solid morning of academics. We encourage paretns to have thier child(ren) ride the bus to the winter sports site. Students should not be leaving school before their lunch period.
Transportation: Students will be transported to and from the Winter Sports site by school bus unless otherwise stated on this form. If there is a change in transportation, the school MUST be informed with a written note or by calling the office that morning. There will be a sign out at Okemo where parent or designated adult MUST sign out the student before they leave the site. Students cannot be signed out be anyone other than a parent/guardian unless the parent/guardian has authorized it. If we are able to get a bus back from Okemo, students need to be picked up at CAES promptly. We will send follow up with more information about what time that will be. ASP will be available to students who are already signed up for the program.
Behavior Expecations:
A child will be pulled from the program for a minimum of one week if:
1) They have been disciplined for being unsafe with themsleves or others. Verbal harassment, bullying or rudeness will not be tolerated. This includes either at school, during the program or to and from the program site.
2) They leave the winter sports site without notifying the chaperones and not being signed out at the winter sports site by parents/guardian.
3) They refuse to participate.
