    Dates: January 9, 16, 23, 30 and February 6, 13
  • The cost for the program is $35 for ALL participants including season pass holders and Okemo employee dependents.  The program fee is paid to CAES by check or cash by December 6th.

Rentals are available from Okemo for an additonal cost of $65, paid directly to Okemo when you pick up the equipment.  You will need to attend the rental event on November 12, 13, or 14th at the Clock Tower Base Area from 3-6pm to get fitted and pay for your rentals.

All participants must wear a helmet.  Helmets are NOT available to rent from Okemo so you will need to provide a helmet.  Bike helmets are NOT a suitable substitute.

Busses depart CAES at 11:30. If you are picking your child(ren) up at CAES and transporting them to Okemo, please be at CAES by 11:20.  We are working on potentially offering bus transportation back from Okemo.  If you are picking up your student at Okemo, they need to be picked up at 3:00pm.  If your child(ren) is riding with someone else back from Okemo, please indicate that on this form or let the office know if it is a last-minute change.

We will have a quick information night on Wednesday December 4th at 6:30 via zoom.

If you have any questions, contact Mackenzie Thurston mackenzie.thurston@trsu.org, or Beth Brothers, beth.brothers@trsu.org.
