This form is for those who are choosing to revoke their prior commitment to a 2025 Summer Project with CO Charlotte and/or CO Charleston. I understand, according to the Summer Project Fundraising & Cancellation Policies to which I previously agreed, that if I am de-committing from

The Alpha or Alpha "E" Project on or prior to April 4, 2025, I will be subject to a $250 cancellation fee that will be drafted from the pay method used on my previously submitted Commitment Form. If I am decommitting after April 4, 2025, I will be subject to a $500 cancellation fee.
The Cross-Cultural Project prior to the purchase of team flights (estimated by March 1, 2025 for CO Charlotte and February 1, 2025 for CO Charleston), I will be subject to a $250 cancellation fee that will be drafted from the pay method used on my previously submitted Commitment Form. If I am decommitting on or after the date of the purchase of team flights, I will be subject to a cancellation fee equal to the amount of non-refundable costs incurred at the time of my de-commitment.

The full cancellation fee will apply regardless of any support raised at the time of de-commitment. Any funds donated towards my participation in a Summer Project prior to my de-commitment cannot be refunded to donors due to IRS regulations.
