Arrival Time: Please plan to arrive 10 minutes before your scheduled appointment time. This allows us to complete your check-in promptly and ensures a smooth transition for your pet's examination.

Pet Comfort: If your pet feels anxious or prefers to remain in the comfort of your vehicle until we're ready for the examination, please give us a call at the number provided on our sign. If the line is busy, kindly wait a moment and try again.

Check-In Process: Upon arrival, please come inside to check-in for your pet's appointment. Our friendly staff will be ready to assist you and guide you through the process.

Punctuality: If unforeseen circumstances cause you to be more than 10 minutes late for your appointment, we may need to reschedule to ensure all clients receive timely care.

Appointment Changes: Should you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we kindly ask for at least 48 hours' notice to accommodate other clients.

Leash or Carrier: For the safety of all pets and visitors, please ensure that all dogs are securely leashed and cats are in carriers upon arrival.
