In this workshop participants will receive training on how to comply with California’s wage and hour laws. We will look at the most problematic areas of wage and hour compliance, including but not limited to setting employee rates, pay practices, timekeeping pitfalls, meal and rest break management, properly classifying employees as exempt and reasonable steps to avoid PAGA claims.
