This question sheet is to keep your tattoo requests organized for me. Thank you so incredibly much for your interest I am super exited to work with you!!!
I am a tattoo artist based in Madison, WI working at a tattoo shop called Sleepy Reaper Tattoo. I also do frequent guest spots in Kalamazoo, MI at a shop called Day Break Tattoo.

My hourly rate is currently $150/hour with a flat day rate of $1,000/day for large scale work. I require a deposit equal to $100 per day that will come off of the total price at the end of the project.
