If you would like, please feel free to list up to four Prisma learners that your child would know and enjoy having a cabin with. Requests are not guaranteed and our goal is for each learner to be excited about having at least ONE buddy they know with them - we want all kids to succeed! At YMCA Camp cabins are about 10-12 learners per cabin- so it will be easy for everyone to have a friend!

TRANSPORTATION NOTE: We will not be offering unaccompanied minor flights or bus service for this camp. YMCA Camp Surf is located just 20 minutes from the San Diego International Airport. Parents will be responsible for getting their learners to and from camp. That being said, if you have a high school student that is able to fly independently, we can likely find a way to help them get transport from another parent to/from the airport. Additionally - we are happy to help connect parents to other parents in their geographic area if they want to find ways to help get kids to camp.

Payment Commitment

$595 payment will be due after Dec 10th, 2024. Firm commitments are assumed when this form is submitted unless you cancel before November 24, 2024, credits are not possible as all camp enrollment is final.
