1. An acknowledgement of receipt will be sent to your registered email within 24 hours upon successful submission of the application form. If you do not receive the email after 24 hours, please contact us immediately at SC@leadershipinstitute.hk, and include your details (full name, school name and contact number) in the email.
2. For the school settlement, school can pay by cheque or bank transfer.
For the cheque settlement, please mail a crossed cheque payable to "The HKFYG Institute for Leadership Development Limited" to The HKFYG Leadership Institute, 302 Jockey Club Road, Fanling, N.T. Please indicate "The HKFYG EPS Contest 2025 Group Application Fee" on the envelope.
Please write (a) the teacher's full name, (b) school name and (c) contact number on the back of the cheque. Please make sure the cheque will be arrived at our office within five working days of your application date.
For the bank transfer, school will receive the corresponding invoice. Please email the bank-in slip to admin@leadershipinstitute.hk
Please ensure all the payment should be settled within five working days of the application date.
In the email, please indicate (a)invoice no. and (b) school name in the subject of the email. For exmaple: [EPS2025] INV-ILD-24xxx : xxxxx School
3. No refund request will be entertained after successful payments.
4. E-certificates will be distributed via email. Hard copies are available upon request (at an additional cost). A request form will be posted after the Contest. Hard copies can be collected in person, as a group, or delivered by post (additional postal charges apply). All eligible participants and schools will be required to provide their mailing address in due course.
