Declaration Requirement: Claims will not be considered unless the value is declared or requested on the waybill prior to transportation.

Claim Notification: Any potential claim must be notified to Bigfoot Express within 5 working days from the date of delivery.

Waybill Endorsements: Endorsements on the waybill upon signature by the recipient are required to support claims for damages and shortages.

Inspection Requirement: Cargo must be available for inspection by our assessors.

Compensation Rights: Our insurers reserve the right to compensate based on replacement cost value or to repudiate claims without prejudice.

Damaged Goods: All damaged goods become the property of Bigfoot Express or the insurers upon settlement.

Excess Liability: The customer is liable for the excess amount, which will be automatically deducted prior to settlement.

Packaging Responsibility: It is the sender’s responsibility to ensure cargo is adequately packaged for transportation.

Liability Limitations: The carrier is not liable for indirect consequential loss or damage to any consignment.

Delivery Disclaimer: The carrier is not liable for any loss or damages arising from late or non-delivery of consignments.
