CODES OF CONDUCT

PARENTS/ GUARDIANS

Parents/ guardians must remain off the field at all times during training sessions and games - No Exceptions. Should your child require your assistance, a coach will approach you to advise.
Parents/ guardians must refrain from coaching or giving instructions to players during training sessions and games - This includes coaching from spectator areas
Parents/ guardians must not approach coaches during training sessions or games.
It is the parents' responsibility to ensure that players arrive at training at least 5 minutes before the scheduled start time.
Parents MUST remain at the field/ location of training during your childs session.
Parents must contact their team manager should their child not be able to attend training for any reason
GAME ARRIVAL
Ages 6 to 11 - players must arrive no less than 30 minutes prior to kick off
Ages 12 and up - players must arrive no less than 45 minutes prior to kick off
If a player will be late for training or a game, the team manager must be informed directly via phone giving as much notice as possible.
Parents must show respect to fellow players, coaches, managers, referees and members of opposing teams at all times

Failure to comply with these guidelines may result in written warnings.
Repeated violations may lead to the player’s removal from the program, without any refund of fees.

PLAYERS

Players must show respect to coaches and teammates of Ponds Elite Academy, Ponds FC and of all opposition clubs
Full Ponds Elite Academy Training Kit, must be worn for all training sessions, including:
- Training Jersey
- Training Shorts
- Socks
- Training Bag
Shin pads are mandatory for all games. No piercings are allowed during training or games.
Players who are not in the correct apparel will not be allowed to participate in the session.
Players must show respect to fellow players, coaches, managers, referees and members of opposing teams at all times.

Any disrespectful behavior will result in disciplinary action by Ponds FC.

Failure to comply with these guidelines may result in written warnings.
Repeated violations may lead to the player’s removal from the program, without any refund of fees.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION

Training sessions are held at Jonas Bradley Oval, The Ponds unless otherwise informed
Training and games will continue throughout the school holidays.
Training is expected to begin in the first week of March and conclude in late August (pending council approval).
Specific training days and times will be announced in mid to late January.
Players must also register for games with The Ponds Football Club to be eligible to participate in Saturday matches during the winter season.
Winter season games will be held on a Saturday and will start in early April, finishing mid August.
A non-refundable deposit of $500 is required to secure your child's place in the program.
In order for players to be able to start the program, the payment option must be selected and submitted, prior to commencement.
Please note: Deposits are non-refundable. If you choose to cancel after January 31st, fees will be charged up until the next scheduled instalment date.
