Terms & Conditions:
Guest Count: We charge per head which means final cost is based on the confirmed number of guests. Final guest count is due 7-14 days prior to the event. This number will be used for billing and preparation and cannot be reduced after submission.
deposit & Final Bill: A $50 deposit is required to secure your booking. Please note that deposits become nonrefundable 30 days prior to the event date. Once your application is approved a payment link will be provided. The remaining balance will be nonrefundable and is due 7-14 days before the event. Late payments may result in cancellation or additional fees. For parties of 30 guests or more, a 20% gratuity will be automatically added to the final bill.
Equipment Rental: A refundable deposit is required for each item. The deposit amount varies dependinga on the type and quantity of equipment rented. This deposit will be returned in full once all items are returned clean, undamaged, and on time. If items are lost, damaged, or not returned, the deposit may be partially or fully withheld.
Pricing: All prices are subject to change due to rising costs of products and services. Notice will be given to customers before any payments are made. All catering orders are subject to applicable sales tax.
