    Dates: January 9, 16, 23, 30 and February 6, 13
  • The Sledding Program will take place at the Pinnacle on Lovers Lane.  The stuents will be bussed to the Pinnacle around 11:45 and return to school in time for regular dismissal.  Students need to be picked up by their parents or take the bus home at regular dismissal time. 

    Children should bring warm clothing for this outdoor activity.  Students may bring their own sleds.  Helmets are required for sledding.  CAES has some sleds and helmets available to use. 

    There is no cost for the sledding program. 

    This form includes the necessary medical release, parent/student contract and permission form needed for your student to participate in the Sledding Program.   The contract should be reviewed with your child and both parents and child need to sign it.

  • PLEASE NOTE: Your child will continue to be transported per what is filled out above.  If you should want to change this you MUST submit a written note stating so.

  • I hereby give permission for our son/daughter, to participate in to have whatever medication or treatment is considered necessary, for an emergency during the CAES Winter Sports Program.

  • WINTER SPORTS PROGRAM PARENT/STUDENT CONTRACT

    In order for the program to run smoothly and safely, we have established the following rules. It is essential that you go over these rules with your child, so that they know them in advance of the program.
  • Children will not participate in the Winter Sports Program if: 

    1) They are sick the day of the program.  

    2)They do not have the proper clothing or equipment for their activity. This includes waterproof gloves or mittens, a jacket and snow pants or snow suit, warm socks, boots, a helmet. 

    3) They have a lack of interest in the activity. 

    Leaving the school before the program.  

    The winter sports programs start at 11:30am.  Students are expected to be at school on winter sports days in order to participate in the program.  Our school has a solid morning of academics.  We encourage parents to have thier child(ren) ride the bus to the winter sports site.  Students should not be leaving school before their lunch period.  

    Transportation: Students will be transported to and from the Winter Sports site by school bus unless otherwise stated on this form.   If there is a change in transportation, the school MUST be informed with a written note or by calling the office that morning.  ASP will be available to students who are already signed up for the program. 

    Behavior Expecations: 

    A child will be pulled from the program for a minimum of one week if: 

    1) They have been disciplined for being unsafe with themsleves or others.  Verbal harassment, bullying or rudeness will not be tolerated.  This includes either at school, during the program or to and from the program site.  

    2) They leave the winter sports site without notifying the chaperones and not being signed out at the winter sports site by parents/guardian.

    3) They refuse to participate.  

  • I have read, understand and agree to follow the rules of the program and give permission for my student to participate. I understand that my payment is due December 6th. Non-payment will result in your student not being able to attend Winter Sports, financial assistance is available. I understand that I will need to provide a helmet for my child(ren).
