Parent and Student Consent Form
To allow our mothers and daughters to socialize and spend quality time with each other, we will host a special event on Saturday, December 13th, from 4:00 pm to 9:00 pm in shaa Allah.
The official dress code colors for the party are beige, light gray, purple, and green. Also, please wear modest and conservative clothing.
This is a formal dinner for mothers and daughters (ages 9 and up). To adhere to our school policy and Islamic guidelines, we ask everyone to follow the dress code guidelines below. Anyone not complying with this rule will be asked to leave, and no refunds will be provided.
Guidelines:
- The dress must cover the entire body.
- No tight, form-fitting dresses/pants allowed.
- No strapless/sleeveless dresses allowed.
- Must maintain modesty at all times.
- No cameras, cell phones, smartphones, iPads, etc., allowed
- Daughters under 10 will not be allowed to attend the event, and you will be asked to leave, and no refunds will be given.
- Please make arrangements for your littles ones, NO childcare is provided on site.
- Everyone under 18 years of age must be accompanied by their mother or guardian
