    1.      I, (Name, Last Name)   First Name*   Last Name*   (the “Seller”) Address:   Street Address*      City*   State*   Postal*  hereby confirm that I am the legal owner of the goods referred to herein and/or the legal representative duly appointed to act as representative of the owner of the goods. I confirm, further, that I have patrimonial rights over the aforementioned goods and the right to alienate such goods through sale. Furthermore, the goods are not subject to a Notarial bond or any other hypothecation, and I hereby indemnify ACTLINK AUSTRALIA PTY LTD t/a iBid Auctioneers (the “Auctioneer”) against any claim of whatsoever nature arising from the sale of such goods. I, therefore, authorise the Auctioneer to submit the goods referred to herein for sale by online auction.
 
      2.      I hereby grant the auctioneer the exclusive right to sell the specified items on their behalf, commencing on   Date*   and continuing for a period of one (1) month thereafter. This agreement may be extended or renewed upon mutual agreement between both parties in writing.
 
      3.      I hereby agree that the selling price will be GST inclusive and furthermore agree to pay the Auctioneer Please Select 15% (Catering Equipment, Furniture, Electronics, Jewelry, Art) 10% (Motorcycles, Boats, Campers, Standard Trailers) 5% (Food Trailers, Vehicles, Earth Moving Equipment, Agriculture Equipment) commission plus Please Select 2,5% Transport and Storage No Transport or storage  , which will be deducted from the achieved selling price. It is also agreed that any monies owed by the Auctioneer to the Seller will be paid by electronic funds transfer (EFT) after ten working days. In the event of any valuation being done, such valuation cannot be guaranteed on auction.
 
      4.      This agreement is irrevocable, and both parties agree that any changes must be mutually agreed upon and be in writing.
