2025 Coach Application

WELCOME TO THE 2025 BAY OF FUNDY SEA KAYAK SYMPOSIUM COACH APPLICATION FORM.

THE DEADLINE FOR SUBMISSIONS IS December 10, 2024
Here are a few details for you to keep in mind when submitting your application.

*Wages are in Canadian Dollars.

* Meals will be provided for you from supper on Thursday night until Sunday at lunch.

* All coaches will be provided with shared accommodations from Thursday evening to Monday Morning.

* If we were to promote you in a coaching highlight on our social media, what key points do you feel we should focus on to help our students get to know you a little better?

*We appreciate your commitment and interest in being part of our coaching team. We will contact all coaches who apply for a position at the 2025 symposium to inform them of the board's decisions.

* We will be accepting 9 lead coaches 6 seconds and 8 volunteer coaches

*Coaches will be notified by January 25, 2025 of the board's decisions

*Coaching wages are as follows:

Lead coaches $300 per day plus travel

Second coaches $175 per day

Volunteer coaches: No Wage

Final Note

I agree all information that is provided is as current and accurate as possible. I understand there is a high demand to coach at 2025 symposium, and I accept that I may not be chosen. Regardless of being selected as a coach, I will do all I can to help spread the word about the symposium through my social media and paddling community. If selected I will provide a picture or pictures suitable for use on the symposium's website and other social media, and biographical details.
