WINTERFEST 2025 INFORMATION

Dear Parent,

Where: Pigeon Forge, TN

WE HAVE THREE REGISTRATION OPTIONS, CHOOSE WHAT IS BEST FOR YOU!

Early-Bird Registration (PREFERRED!)

$225/student

$100 non-refundable deposit DUE at registration

Remaining $125 due by November 30, 2024

INCLUDES SWEATSHIRT!

Standard Registration: (after November 30, 2024)

$275/student

$150 non-refundable deposit DUE at registration

Remaining $125 due by January 15, 2025

I further authorize that Pelham Students Ministry Leaders and Team to seek and arrange medical care, hospitalization, or surgery that may become necessary in my absence and I will assume all financial responsibility for the same. (initial)*
