Payment and Attendance Policy: Please acknowledge your agreement to the following payment and attendance terms by ticking "YES." Fees are payable in seven monthly instalments of £40, due on the 1st of November 2024, December 2024, January 2025, February 2025, May 2025, June 2025, and July 2025, totalling £280. Please note that no place is guaranteed for your child in September 2025 unless a new agreement with updated terms and commitment for 2025/2026 is signed in July 2025. All payments must be made on or before the due dates; late payments may result in your child's withdrawal or a request for full payment of the remaining balance. To ensure a respectful learning environment for all, we maintain a zero-tolerance policy towards rude or unprofessional conduct directed at our staff. Any disrespectful behaviour will be addressed promptly. All payments made are non-refundable. Consistent attendance is crucial for your child's progress. By agreeing to these terms, you commit to five days a week attendance and acknowledge that your child cannot participate in any school clubs during the designated class times. We kindly request truthful communication regarding your child's attendance and discourage any actions that may compromise their moral development. We appreciate the vast majority of our parents who demonstrate respect and appreciation for our work. We aim to foster a positive and collaborative relationship with all parents to support the educational and personal growth of every child. Some parents lied to us and taught their child to lie. This is not helpful for your child's Tarbya and upbringing at all. Saying NO is not an option!
