Tuition for the Latinas in Leadership Institute (LiLi) is $6,500 USD. (scholarships are available on a competitive basis, based on financial need. If you would like to apply for a scholarship, please select "Yes")

This fee covers:
- Leadership education through an in-person launch weekend
- 12 virtual sessions (3 months)
- Guest speakers
- Capstone project coaching (3 months)

Commitment & Access
Timeline Commitment | First 3-month is course work

Time commitment 5-6 hours per week

• Made up of 3 hours of class Ume once a week | Friday’s 1:00 p.m. – 3:30 p.m. (we keep the room open for :30 meeting follows the session so that you can work in your teams.)

• One half hour of team meeting Ume once per week

• Approx One hour of reading and assignment

• One half hour of meeting with your assigned advisor once per month.

Second 3 month is working independently on your Capstone Project

Time commitment 5-6 hours per month

• Meeting with your team once a week :30 minutes.

• Meeting with your advisor two Ume per month :30 minutes

• June/July – Report check-in with our Writing Advisor & finalize DraY report

• August Advisors – Return report to their assigned team

• August 30th – Turn in Final capstone report

• September - Graduation

Retreat | March 19 – 21, 2025 | In-person | MANDATORY
