** NOTES:

Be specific with your budget details. PSF grants are administered through the Sailing Foundation of NY, and Grants can only be used to cover Qualified Expenses:
- Qualified Expenses include food, travel, lodging, coaching, entry fees, sails, foils and boat running expenses.
- Funds are not to be used for the purchase of fixed assets.
- The applicant certifies that the expenses covered have not and will not be submitted to any other entity for reimbursement.
