By signing this waiver, I acknowledge that I fully understand and accept the risks that may be associated with participation in off-site events and field trips. I agree to waive and release M.O.R.E of Baltimore and its staff from any and all liability, claims, or obligations that may arise from my child’s participation in these field trips.

This waiver remains valid for the duration of the co-op year, from October 2024 through May 2025.
