The Camping Request Form must be submitted by June 30, 2026, at midnight. After the deadline, the form will close, and any late requests must be directed to the Agriculture Office. By mid-July, exhibitors will receive either a camping confirmation or a waitlist notice. The Agriculture Office will handle invoicing. All camping exhibitors will receive final confirmation before the start of the fair. THIS IS NOT FOR ANY HORSE CAMPING.
