  • Affordable Access Guidelines & Info

    - Before Affordable Access Application can be processed, Members MUST fill out a FREE Community membership form at www.clubaycc.org if you are not currently in our system. -All Affordable Access Applications require attached proof of monthly household income. -Applications are good for 1 year. -Partial assistance is available to members, on memberships, and most programs. -Childcare assistance is available to those who do not qualify for assistance through the State of Maine. If it appears that your family meets the guidelines for CCAP through the State of Maine, you will be asked to apply for CCAP before receiving AYCC scholarship or financial aid. Temporary assistance while in the application process may be given, and will be calculated based on what assistance and or parent fees CCAP will most likely assess. -Our guidelines have been structured to provide the most assistance to families that need it the most. We take family circumstances into consideration and do our best to assist all families in some manner. -Military grants for qualifying youth or families are available, please ensure you indicate your military status on the form. -Some communities offer Free Youth Membership with proof of residency, please see your town office for details.
