Vendor Registration Form
The Central Illinois Home and Garden show is located in the Mahomet-Seymour High School Field House. Vendor designated booths are 10' x 10'. Tables will be provided upon request.The event is March 1st 9am - 5pm. To qualify as a vendor, you must be selling items at your booth. We will review each applicant to determain if you qualify for vendor.

Vendor fees of $50 (for Chamber Members) and $60 (for Non-Chamber Members) and paperwork must be submitted by February 15th.

- Check payments can be mailed to: PO Box 1031 Mahomet, IL 61853.
By signing this agreement, I waive all liability towards the Mahomet Chamber of Commerce, the Mahomet-Seymour High School and all other parties involved in the Central Illinois Home and Business Showcase. I also acknowledge the cleanup of my area is my sole responsibility.
