Before submitting your booking form, please read through the information and policies below.

🌟 AGE REQUIREMENT

You must be 18+ to be tattooed. A valid government-issued photo ID or passport is required at your appointment.

🏷️ PRICING

Palm size (4”–6”) — $1,000
Lower arm / leg — $2,000
Upper arm / leg — $4,000 total
(2 sessions at $2,000 each)

If your project falls outside of this pricing, you’ll be informed before booking.

🎨 DESIGNS

All designs are presented in person on the day of your appointment and are not sent in advance.

💵 DEPOSIT + PAYMENT

A $500 non-refundable deposit is required to secure your appointment and goes toward the total cost of your tattoo.

Deposits are non-refundable if you cancel or choose not to move forward with your appointment.

Payment: Cash, Venmo, or Zelle.

🔄 RESCHEDULING

Need to reschedule? Please give at least 72 hours’ notice and your deposit can be transferred one time to a new date.

Less than 72 hours’ notice, a cancellation, or a no-show will result in your deposit being forfeited, and a new deposit will be required to book again.

If the artist needs to reschedule, your deposit will remain attached to your booking and my booking assistant will work with you to find a new date.

✈️ TRAVELING CLIENTS

If you’re traveling for your appointment, I strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance in case of illness, weather, flight issues, or other unexpected circumstances.

The artist is not responsible for travel, lodging, transportation, or other expenses associated with your appointment.
