Referee Request Policy

Football Victoria Referee's Department requires 7 days notice for all pre-season fixtures.
- All match officials appointed to senior matches will be paid 75% of the 2026 Match Fee Schedule.
- All referee requests will incur a 5% admin fee of the total cost paid to match officials;
- Any changes to fixtures after submission will incur a 10% amendment fee of the total cost paid to match officials per change, applicable to kick-off date/time, venue or age group;
- Any cancellations after submission will incur a 10% cancellation fee of the cost which was to be paid to match officials;
- Any friendly fixture requests that are submitted with less then 7 days notice will incur a 20% late fee of the total cost paid to match officials;
We kindly ask that you submit your pre-season fixtures in advance to allow sufficient time for us to organise match officials for your game.
