    Pre-Season Matches Request - Advanced Competitions (Seniors Only)

    This form serves as an official process for clubs to request match officials for their games. Its purpose is to ensure the correct allocation of qualified referees and assistant referees for matches.
  • Referee Request Policy

    Football Victoria Referee's Department requires 7 days notice for all pre-season fixtures. 

    • All match officials appointed to senior matches will be paid 75% of the 2026 Match Fee Schedule.
    • All referee requests will incur a 5% admin fee of the total cost paid to match officials;
    • Any changes to fixtures after submission will incur a 10% amendment fee of the total cost paid to match officials per change, applicable to kick-off date/time, venue or age group;
    • Any cancellations after submission will incur a 10% cancellation fee of the cost which was to be paid to match officials;
    • Any friendly fixture requests that are submitted with less then 7 days notice will incur a 20% late fee of the total cost paid to match officials;

    We kindly ask that you submit your pre-season fixtures in advance to allow sufficient time for us to organise match officials for your game.
