Hello and thank you for your interest in touring Next Generation Primary and Middle School.  We are grateful that you are considering NGS to be a part of your child's journey and we look forward to sharing more about the Trailblazer experience with you.  

Please use this form to sign up for a group tour for the grade(s) that your child(ren) will be entering in the 2025-2026 school year.  These 30-minute tours will be offered for up to three families at a time and will be hosted by a member of our Leadership Team, each of whom is a teacher within our primary and middle school.  

2025-2026 Application Process

Application materials are available on our website and can be submitted at anytime; applicants who submit the required forms by January 31, 2025 will be considered if a position is available in their grade for the 2025-2026 school year.

Your child(ren) will be placed in our wait pool if a position is not available and/or until they are the selected to continue with the admissions process for an enrollment position.

Application Materials

1. Complete the application and submit the $50 non-refundable application fee online; include the applicant's most recent report card.
2. Request that the student’s current teacher AND most recent teacher complete a teacher recommendation form. The teachers should complete the online form found on our website.
   1. You will receive an email to confirm when these recommendation forms have been submitted.

Notes Regarding our Wait Pool

When positions become available, our admissions team reviews all wait pool applicants with completed materials.  This is the case for open positions regardless of the timing; if a family has to withdraw after the school year begins, we take the same steps in attempting to fill the position.  Aside from a few factors that may give an applicant preference, such as having a sibling or family member currently enrolled at NGS Primary & Middle School, all wait pool applicants are considered equally; we do not rank applicants.

Tour Registration

Group tours will be offered in grade pairings as follows:

• Primary A & B (K & 1st grade)
• Primary C & D (2nd & 3rd grade)
• Primary E & F (4th & 5th grade)
• Middle School (6th-8th grade)

Please indicate below which grade(s) you are interested in for the 2025-2026 school year and you will be able to select a tour from the options available.  These tours are designed specifically for prospective families with children who will be in the grades listed.

If you have children in grades that would requre multiple tours and you are not available to come at separate times, please feel free to reach out to the Admissions Director so they can provide helpful information about signing up for an appropriate time. 

In order to limit the number of people on these tours, two people from each family may attend (no children, please).
