  • Dear Applicant,

    The primary objective of the Northern Ponca Housing Authority’s Homeowner Assistance Fund (HAF) Program is to provide emergency housing grants to income-eligible, socially disadvantaged enrolled Ponca Tribal members living within the Ponca tribe of Nebraska’s Service Delivery Area (SDA) that are experiencing financial hardship with the COVID-19 health crisis after January 21, 2020.

    To qualify for the HAF program, an application must be electronically submitted to NPHA. To ensure that your application is processed in a timely manner, all requested documentation is required for submission. This assistance is first come, first served basis until funding is exhausted. If you would like assistance for your December mortgage, application must be received by end of day on November 8, 2024.

    Before you start this application, be sure to have the following available to upload: (You will not be able to submit an application without all supporting documentation)

    1) Tribal Enrollment

    2) Income Verification: Provide proof of income of all household members, 18 years or older (one month of current pay stubs, 2024 benefits letter, 2023 Tax Return etc.), NPHA will not accept bank statements.
