JIBC Decals

Most members register one or two vehicles for JIBC decals. In that case have your vehicle brand/model's license plate number on hand as that's all the information you'll need to complete this form. To register more than two vehicles you'll need to Upload a copy(s) of an insurance card or the DMV vehicle registration for each of the vehicles you register. In that case, take a digital photo or pdf of the documents and save them to your device. You will need to Upload them after you enter your vehicle information.

Documentation must be in member's name. For example, to request a total of three JIBC decals complete fields for Vehicle 1, 2, and 3 - then Upload one form of proof for each of the three vehicles.
