I/We acknowledge that certain repairs (typically exterior and common elements of the building as well as structural components of the unit such as but not limited to: shared walls, main electrical and plumbing infrastructure) may fall (as per the Bylaws) under the responsibility of Condo Management to repair and not the Landlord (Drummer Realty).*
