Special Requests/Requirements/Instructions

We kindly ask that no balloons or additional items be attached to any part of the display. If you have lawn care or landscaping scheduled, please ensure it is completed prior to the setup. For optimal stake placement, we recommend watering your lawn the day before the event to soften the soil. Please do not dismantle or move the display without our permission; we will handle removal the day following your event. Please note that an additional $50 fee will be applied if the sign is moved without authorization. We usually place solar spotlights in the ground, directly in front of the display for nighttime visibility. If the lights are damaged, broken, or removed, there will be a $5 charge per light. PLEASE REMOVE ANY DOG OR PET POOP FROM THE AREA WHERE SIGN WILL INSTALLED. Failure to do so may result in cancellation and $50 charge. Remainder will be refunded.

For the safety of everyone, we kindly request that no one lean on or play around the display. The signs are lightweight and not designed to support the weight of a person, whether child or adult. We ask that you treat our property with care, just as we will be respectful of your lawn. Please avoid damaging, destroying, or vandalizing the signs. Should any part of the display be broken, vandalized, or stolen, the renter will be responsible for the replacement cost, which is currently $25 per piece.

We reserve the right to photograph our displays while they are set up in your yard and use these photos for marketing and promotional purposes. Please rest assured that your address will not be displayed. Additionally, all yard sign setups will include a small advertisement for our company, Greetings on the Grass, which must remain in place and should not be removed.

Yard card displays are rented on a daily basis. Setup will take place the evening prior to event date or early morning on day of event, and the display will be removed the day after your event. You will be charged for 1 full day. Prior notification will be given before the setup and pickup.

Payment Method

Refund Policy: Cancellations made with at least 72 hours' notice are eligible for a full refund. For cancellations with less than 72 hours' notice, we reserve the right to retain a $25 cancellation fee, or you may apply the full amount toward a future booking to be scheduled within one year. Please note, no refunds will be provided for incorrect addresses or if access is denied in a gated community. In the event of inclement weather, we may be unable to set up the lawn display. Inclement weather includes snow, black ice, lightning, thunderstorms, heavy rain, hurricanes, high winds (over 20 mph), winter advisories, or any other acts of God that could pose a risk to safety or damage the display. In such cases, you will receive a full refund.
