Bookings are transferrable but non-refundable

MINIMUM PARTICIPANT POLICY
A minimum of four participants are required, if numbers are lower you will be entitled to a full refund if you do not wish to transfer to another course date

CONTRAINDICATIONS
WFMT contraindications still apply, but with Three Ocean Wombwork it's easier to avoid the womb if you find yourself on the course post ovulation while trying to conceive, bleeding, with an IUD in place, within 6 months of major surgery or 6 weeks of minor surgery including post partum, remembering that surgical restrictions now also apply to the breast, thoracic, neck, head and face areas. Pregnancy is still a concern if you can no longer lie safely on your back. Please inform your tutor at the beginning of the training if any of these apply to you.

STUDENT AGREEMENT
As a Participant in the Three Ocean Wombwork Training (TOW) developed by Carol Jones, I understand and agree that:
 
Three Ocean Wombwork Training is copyright of Carol Jones, with primary use belonging to her, and the presented proprietary materials may not be reproduced or redistributed
 
When referring to Three Ocean Wombwork in brochures, websites, presentations or other relevant places, I will acknowledge the work as developed by Carol Jones 
 
By taking this course, I am not authorized to teach Three Ocean Wombwork and will not use the practical techniques or written materials to instruct third parties in any way
 
I am a qualified WFMT practitioner, with suitable professional insurance to participate in the training and to practice WFMT with clients
 
It is my sole responsibility to understand and remain within the boundaries of my own professional training, license, and scope of practice while applying WFMT & TOW 

Until I have been issued with a TOW Advanced Diploma certificate, I will not advertise or promote myself in any way as a qualified TOW Practitioner, or charge for treatments
 
If I do not meet the quality requirements during my Practical Assessment, I will be provided with guidance which may include further paid mentor sessions or resitting the course at half price *extremely rare
 
By signing below, I agree to release and hold harmless, Carol Jones from all liability, claims, demands, losses, or damages caused or alleged to have been caused in whole or in part by any act or omission in connection with the TOW Training and my practice of TOW techniques
