Lateness up to 30 minutes must be communicated before your appointment time, through our WhatsApp messages. Lateness with no communication will result in cancellation of appointment & no refund. Reschedules should be done no less than 24hours before the appointment. Cancellations should be done 48 hours or more before your appointment, for a 50% refund. Same day cancellations or not showing up will result in cancellation of appointment and no refund.
