Our Expectations

Compliance with Policies: All event organisers must adhere to our policies and procedures. Any breach of these policies may result in termination of the booking

Area Maintenance: Organisers are responsible for leaving the training area clean and tidy. All rubbish should be disposed of in the bins provided. Any small pieces of equipment used must be returned to it’s original location.

Reporting Damages: Any damages to the facilities equipment must be reported immediately to the management. Organisers may be held liable for any damages incurred.

Punctuality: Please ensure your sessions start and finish on time to avoid disruptions to other bookings.

Respect for Others: Event organisers must respect other users of the facility. This includes keeping noise levels reasonable and sharing common areas respectfully

Supervision: Ensure that all participants are supervised adequately, especially minors, at all times during the training sessions

Health & Safety: Organiser must follow all health and safety regulations. This includes ensuring that participants are fit to training and have the necessary safety gear where applicable.

Emergency Procedures: Familiarise yourself with the emergency procedures and exits in the facility. In case of an emergency, follow the instructions of the facility staff. A copy of the facilities Emergency Action Plan can be provided upon request.

Payment: All bookings must be paid in advance unless otherwise agreed. Non-payment may result in cancelation of the booking.

Insurance: Event organisers must have appropriate insurance cover for their activities. Proof of insurance may be requested by the management team.

Noise Control: Organisers must ensure that noise levels are kept within acceptable limits, especially during early morning or late evening events

Crowd Management: If your event is expected to attract a large number pf participants and/or spectators, please ensure adequate crowd control measures are in place.

Fair Booking Policies: We strive to accommodate all clubs and provide fair and transparent booking policies.
