Terms and Conditions
By submitting this expression of interest, (EoI) form you are deemed to have read and accepted the terms and conditions set out below:
Applications / EoI may only be made online
AgriKids / Irish Rural Link reserves the right in its absolute discretion to reject an application and / or to alter or change the request. Any disputes arising out of these conditions shall be resolved at the absolute discretion of the AgriKids / IRL.
Risk & Responsibilities:
The show organisers can request insurance details for the purpose of indemnification in respect of any claims for any damage caused and any injury suffered. AgriKids shall affect their own fire and public liability insurance in respect of their exhibit.
Loss & Damage
In the event that the exhibit is to take place within a marquee/ community hall, etc, the burden is on the Show organisers to provide an area that is suitable for the purpose of the exhibit; an area that is secure and of adequate space.
Cancellation
AgriKids reserves the right to cancel or alter the exhibit at its sole discretion and will not be liable for any loss or purported loss of income or profit arising from the cancellation or postponement thereof. AgriKids and its members will act in accordance with instructions of Stewards and Officers of the show and / or event. If in the event of any change in the event it is the responsibility of the event organisers to community these changes to AgriKids as soon as they are aware
Weather
In cases where wind speeds are in excess of 35km/ph, the AgriKids gazebo will not be available due to health and safety concerns.
