  • A complete backline is supplied including piano, keyboard, guitar amp, bass head and amp, drum set with cymbals, vibraphone, and congas.

  • Scheduling Preference (please select all possible times)

    Each ensemble receives a 30-minute warm-up and a combined 45-minute performance/clinic with three clinicians (3 tunes suggested). The structure is very flexible. Each director may divide their performance/clinic time allotment in how they feel works best for their students. Let us know if you have any questions.

  • Group Fees

    Register and pay by April 4, 2025 for discounted early bird fee.

    • Early Bird Performance Fee: $225 for first band, $175 for additional bands
    • Regular Performance Fee: $275 for first band, $225 for additional bands

    Applications submitted after April 3, 2024 will be accepted on a space available basis only.

    Payment must be received in our office by Friday, April 25, 2024.
