I understand that attending events organized by Bucket of Adventures may involve risks, including the risk of injury, illness, or other medical emergencies, whether caused by my own actions, the actions of others, or conditions at the event location. I understand that some events may be physically active or take place in outdoor or unfamiliar settings.

 
I acknowledge that I am responsible for my own health and safety, and I certify that I am physically able to participate in these events. I understand that it is my responsibility to consult a doctor if I have any medical conditions or concerns that could affect my ability to participate safely.

In consideration of being allowed to participate in any Bucket of Adventures event, I voluntarily assume all risks associated with my participation. I release and hold harmless Jaleh Siadat Donaldson, the event hosts, property owners, and their assistants from any and all liability, including any claims, demands, or causes of action, for any injury, accident, illness, or property damage, including those arising from negligence, medical conditions, or emergency situations.

 
I also agree to follow all event rules and safety guidelines provided by the organizers. I understand that this waiver applies to all current and future events hosted by Bucket of Adventures.

 
By signing this agreement, I acknowledge that I have read this waiver, understand it, and agree to be bound by its terms, and I waive any right to sue the released parties for any claims related to my participation.
