    Please try to place your order at least two weeks in advance to allow adequate time for design, production, and delivery. Additional fees may apply for rush orders.
  • Upload a picture of the style of the banner or 21st sign you are after, which will be included in your message to us.  An image of a banner you have found on Google or Pinterest, or a picture you may have drawn yourself.

  • All banners are handmade and painted with care, ensuring each piece is unique and crafted to your specifications. All banners are painted on brown craft paper unless specified otherwise.

  • Terms and Conditions – Mollz and Mads Banners

    By submitting a banner order form, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

    1. Processing Time: Any banner with a requested due date less than 2 weeks from the order date will incur a rush fee, which will be communicated before payment is collected.

    2. Final Sales: Because each banner is custom-made, all sales are final. Cancellations must be requested within 24 hours of placing your order. If you change your mind or no longer want the banner, you are still responsible for full payment, as time, materials, and planning are dedicated to your request.

    3. Design Approval: You will have the opportunity to review a digital sketch of your banner before painting begins. Once approved, no major changes can be made.

    4. We offer free local pickup or a $10 delievery in Springfield, MO. Shipping times vary by location. We are not responsible for delays or damage caused during shipping but will do our best to assist if issues arise.
