Terms and Conditions – Mollz and Mads Banners
By submitting a banner order form, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
1. Once your order is submitted, it is considered placed. We will reach out to let you know we have seen your order! We will reach out within 24 hours if we are unable to fulfill your order.
2. We accept payment via cash, check, paypal, venmo, or cashapp. Full payment is required prior to pickup or delivery.
3. Cancellations must be made within 24 hours of placing your order. Cancellations made after 24 hours may incur a cancellation fee due to time and materials already allocated.
4. You will receive a digital sketch for approval before painting begins. Once the design is approved, no major changes can be made. Drafts may not be copied, recreated, traced, or used for personal painting. Drafts may not be provided to another artist for reproduction.
5. Any banner with a requested due date less than 2 weeks from the order date will incur an $8 rush fee. We do not accept banner orders with pickup dates less than 6 days from the order date.
6. If choosing to ship, the buyer is responsible for all shipping costs. We are not responsible for delays, lost packages, or damages caused during shipping.
7. Banners may not be resold, redistributed, rented, or used for commercial resale purposes. Our designs may not be reproduced, replicated, or used to create products for sale.
