Applicant Information
This program is intended to aid care takers of community cat colonies in TNR efforts through providing transportation on specific preset dates. Applicants are responsible for $50.00 per cat prior to drop off. Missed appointments will not receive a refund. All TNR cats are to be picked up for release promptly. This program is not intended for pet cats or as a form of surrender of stray cats.

I acknowledge and confirm that if approved by the Wood County Humane Society (in Ohio), I am responsible and must trap (in a live trap) the cat and transport them (in a live trap) to WCHS at 6:30am on March 26th. On the day of surgery, I am responsible to transport the cat and drop it off at 6:30am and to pick the cat up the same day. In addition, I agree to release the cat back into the neighborhood where I trapped/caught the cat. In the event I miss my surgery day, I understand that I have forfeited my approved grant spot, and prepayment and that WCHS will move forward with the next applicant. I confirm that all information supplied is correct and accurate.
