If this application is accepted by 2BuildAfrica (2BA), Vendor agrees to all the following terms as a condition for using the 2BA marketplace website (Services), and promises to remain compliant:

Vendor is responsible for uploading, updatingand publishing the details of my products on the 2BA Marketplace website including descriptions, images, prices, discounts, refund policy etc.
Vendor shall pay a fee of nine percent (9%) oftotal sales amount for each order paid by customers as commission for Services.This fee does not include optional add-on services that Vendor may choose topurchase from 2BA
Vendor warrants and commits to comply with allapplicable laws, regulations, and industry standards while providing andselling its products on 2BUILDAFRICA.COM
Vendor will take full responsibility and coverany losses or damage that 2BA may experience as a result of productdefects/damages or negligence
Vendor agrees that the agreement to sell its products on the 2BA marketplace can be terminated by either party with 7 days’ written notice. All matters relating to pending orders must be resolved promptly upon termination.
