If you're a 1st time customer, or a returning customer who hasn't signed this agreement, it must be signed and submitted prior to services. This form is to confirm your understanding of our terms/conditions and compliance with Elle Louise Lane's Policy.
PAYMENTS
Deposits are accepted towards WEBSITE & LANDING PAGE PROJECTS ONLY. Deposits are due prior to services and the remaining balance is due at the time of completion. You will not be given access to your website until payment is made in full. You will have up to 7 days to make final payment after project completion or the account will be deactivated. Projects other than websites, and landing pages must be paid prior to services.
CANCELLATIONS AND REFUNDS
There aren't any cancellations at any time once payments have been processed and projects have began. Please keep in mind that any payment/deposits made will not be refunded. You have up to 7 business days to forward all information and images in regards to your project (s). If information isn't forwarded within the 7 day time frame, your project will be canceled and no fees will be refnded.
PORTFOLIO AND WEBSITE CREDIT
We reserve the right to add completed projects to our portfolio and a website credit to the footer of your website. If there is a privacy issue involved, please inform me.
COPYRIGHT FOR ARTWORK
Graphic designs created by Elle Louise Lane are custom-created and exclusive to each business, the designs are yours after final payment has been made. Please note that we reserve the right to use stock and AI-generated images in our projects. Any concepts that are not chosen and paid for will be a violation of Elle Louise Lane's rights if they are used elsewhere.
REVISION
Revisions are included in all of my design services. I can only revise twice free of charge but the 3rd revision cosist of an additional fee. Additional fees must be paid prior to the revision.
ABANDONED PROJECTS
A project will be considered abandoned if we have not heard from you in 14 days. You will not have any rights to use any of the work that was presented to you, unless the project has been paid in full. If I have not heard from you and you contact me after the 14th day, an additional start up fee will be applied.
