Purpose

Southern Idaho Pride (SIP) supports lending our equipment for other community organizations to utilize. It is important that borrowed equipment be returned in the same working order that it was in when it was borrowed to ensure that the equipment is ready for its main and intended purpose: Twin Falls Pride. Damaged equipment, late returns, and non-returns are discouraged through monetary fees and/or loss of privileges for future lending.
Deposit Detail

A refundable security deposit of $100 is required before any equipment leaves our facility. The deposit protects Southern Idaho Pride in case equipment is returned damaged, dirty, incomplete, or late. The deposit must be paid by pickup date by cash or check.

We'll inspect everything when it's returned. If it all comes back on time, in the same condition, with all cases and accessories, your full deposit will be returned within 30 days.

We may keep part or all of the deposit for:
- Damage beyond normal wear and tear (repair or replacement cost)
- Missing items or accessories (replacement cost)
- Late returns ($25 per day)
- Equipment returned needing cleaning or re-packing ($25)
If repair or replacement costs are more than the deposit, the responsible party agrees to pay the difference within 30 days of being notified.
