Divisions: Raw High School

Weight Classes:

Males (LBs): 116.75, 130, 145.5, 163, 182.75, 205, 231.25, 264.5, and 264.5+
Females (LBs): 94.75, 103.5, 114.5, 125.5, 138.75, 152, 167.5, 185, and 185+

Awards: 1st-5th each weight class

Team Awards:

Weigh-In: Honor System. Input weigh-in here no later than March 21st

Entries are limited. Only the first 80 are guaranteed acceptance.

Rules:

The lifting will be performed and judged according to IPF Powerlifting rules. Please see

International Powerlifting Federation Technical Rules (IPF Powerlifting rulebook).

Equipment:
- This is a raw meet, no supported equipment is allowed, Belts, knee
  sleeves, wrist wraps are allowed. Singlet or tight fitting shorts,
  shirt and knee socks are required.
Fees:

Individual Entry - $40 (Includes Shirt)

and administrators wave and release all claims I may have against the meet director,
Abington Heights School District, sponsors and meet personnel for any injuries or losses
suffered by me in training for, traveling to and from, or competing in the Abington Heights
Annual Weightlifting Meet held on March 23, 2025.
