    But everything changed when I finally decided to advocate for myself. With the guidance of a psychotherapist and psychiatrist, I began to understand what was going on. I researched, learned about emotional triggers, and discovered tools that could help me stay grounded and calm, even on the hardest days. Along the way, I found some things were missing, so I created my own tools and practices to navigate the ups and downs with more peace.
