WAIVER
By registering, you have consented to the following:
1. By entering in this event, I myself am fully aware of the hazards and risks involved and I fully understand that in the participation in the said event is at my own risk.
2. I acknowledge that I have read and understood the course information on the website.
3. I agree to comply with the rules, regulations and instructions of the Invercargill Backyard Ultra organisers and will participate in a manner that will not endanger myself and others.
4. I understand that if extreme weather or other "acts of God", force changes, postponement or even event cancellation, that the entry fee will be partially refundable (30%).
5. I consent to receiving first aid treatment which may be adviseable in the event of illness or injury suffered during the event and agree that I will be responsible for any costs associated with ambulance transportation as reasonably necessary.
6. I authorise all photographs and videos of me to be used without payment to me in any broadcast, telecast, promotion, advertising or any other way pursuant to the Privacy Act 1993.
