A combination of phone, email or letters may be used for the purposes of communication. This will be solely for matters related to your care and treatment, and will not include any marketing.
All information provided to DC Psychiatric Services Ltd will be treated as confidential and in concordance with the relevant GDPR legislation.
In exceptional circumstances where DC Psychiatric Services Ltd deems there to be a significant risk of harm to self or to others, or likewise a safeguarding risk, our duty of care towards preventing serious harm will over-ride the above confidentiality clause, and we reserve the right to contact the relevant services/authorities (such as emergency services) for the purposes of mitigating these risks.
DC Psychiatric Services Ltd may use third party software for the purposes of administration and medical record keeping. DC Psychiatric Services Ltd will take all measures possible to minimise risks related to data processing.
DC Psychiatric Services Ltd works with a number of carefully selected partners (this can include psychologists, psychotherapists, nurses and other allied health professionals). Any such recommendations will be discussed with yourself beforehand. You understand that where this is agreed, DC Psychiatric Services Ltd may share relevant clinical information with our partners.
