Salary Tiers Based on Monthly Sales Performance:
• $50,000 in premium sales → $1,000 salary + commission
• $100,000 in premium sales → $2,000 salary + commission
• $150,000 in premium sales → $3,000 salary + commission
• $200,000 in premium sales → $4,000 salary + commission
• $250,000 in premium sales → $5,000 salary + commission
Compensation Structure: You determine your salary if you choose to opt into this program. Your salary will be performance-based, determined by your production in month 1.
• Agents earn 20% commission from the 10% agency commission on commercial policies.
• During the first month, agents work on a commission-only structure.
• Starting in the second month, agents who hit their sales targets can transition into a salary-based model while still earning commission, bonuses etc.
• Monthly salaries are determined by the agent’s first-month sales performance and will continue as long as monthly targets are met.
If an agent consistently falls short of sales targets and performance goals for multiple months down the line, their salary may be adjusted or removed, possibly reverting them to a commission-only structure.
