2025 Christmas Family Fun Day Vendor Registration Form

Greetings to Everyone:

The 2025 holiday season will soon be upon us! The Food Insecurity Team, Inc. (FIT) would like to invite you to join us for the Christmas Family Fun Day. This year, we are again partnering with St. Petersburg College (SPC), Midtown Center, located at 1300 22nd St. South, St. Petersburg, FL 33712. The Christmas Family Fun Day will be held on December 20, 2025, from 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. in the parking lot of the SPC Midtown Center.

In addition to numerous fun-filled activities for our youth and their families, the FIT/SPC Christmas Family Fun Day will provide opportunities for community agencies, businesses, social organizations, and faith-based organizations to participate by setting up tables/booths to share information and complimentary items with the children and/or their families. The following guidelines will apply for all vendors.

All organizations, businesses, agencies, and faith-based groups that would like to set-up a table or booth during the event must complete and submit the registration form below by December 10, 2025.
Although fees will not be assessed to participate, vendors are asked to donate items to children and/or families.
Vendor registration forms will be reviewed and approved by the FIT/SPC Holiday Team. Participants will be notified electronically of the status of their requests.
