Travel Services Agreement
Agency Disclosure
QuickTrip Travel Services issues travel documents solely as an agent for the airline, tour company, cruise line, resort, or other supplier indicated in the travel document, brochure, correspondence, or other communication.
As an agent for the supplier, QuickTrip Travel Services does not assume responsibility for cancellations, substitutions, or services by the supplier, financial default of the supplier, refunds for unused services provided by the supplier, or any obligations, services, or monies outside the specific responsibilities of QuickTrip Travel Services.
Agency Disclosure Acceptance
I acknowledge that QuickTrip Travel Services is not responsible for, nor will I attempt to hold it liable for, any injury, damage, or loss I may suffer due to conditions, actions, or omissions beyond the reasonable control of QuickTrip Travel Services.
Refunds, Changes, Cancellations
QuickTrip Travel Services has informed me of the supplier’s charges, cancellation fees, and penalties. I understand that airline tickets, if applicable, are often non-refundable and subject to loss of fare in the event of changes or cancellations. QuickTrip Travel Services will make reasonable efforts to recover funds in case of a trip cancellation. However, QuickTrip Travel Services does not control supplier policies on changes and cancellations and will uphold the supplier’s decision on funds in such cases.
Refunds, Changes, Cancellations Acceptance
I accept that penalties for cancellations, changes, or refunds may apply to this travel and fully understand these terms. I also understand that airlines, air tours, or other travel products may be subject to price increases post-purchase due to additional costs from suppliers or governments. I acknowledge that QuickTrip Travel Services may charge additional sums to offset fees, fuel surcharges, taxes, and foreign exchange fluctuations.
Chargeback Policy
By authorizing payment through a secure payment link provided by QuickTrip Travel Services or by allowing QuickTrip Travel Services to manually process your credit card information, you agree to the terms and conditions outlined for the purchase of travel services. You acknowledge that these payments may include non-refundable fees as specified at the time of booking.
In the event of a dispute or concern regarding a payment, you agree to contact QuickTrip Travel Services directly to attempt resolution before initiating a chargeback or dispute with your credit card or payment provider. Initiating a chargeback without first attempting resolution may result in additional fees, cancellation of any non-refundable services, and the forfeiture of future services. QuickTrip Travel Services reserves the right to dispute any chargebacks deemed invalid or without merit, and to pursue all available remedies to recover funds.
Payment Card Handling Policy
Card Locking and Payment Issues:
If your payment card is locked or has issues during a transaction, the following policy applies:
Customer Responsibility
It is your responsibility to ensure the payment card used is valid, active, and has sufficient funds. Double-check card information for accuracy. If your card is locked or has issues, contact your bank promptly and inform QuickTrip Travel Services of any payment process challenges.
Consequences of Payment Failures
Transaction Suspension: If a payment fails, vacation planning and transactions will be suspended until resolved. A $25 fee will be added to issue a new quote if the quoted price changes.
Cancellation Policy: Failure to resolve payment issues within the specified period may lead to booking or reservation cancellation, with applicable fees or charges.
Booking Guarantee
A booking is considered confirmed only after successful payment. Failure to complete the payment authorization and travel inquiry forms within the specified time may result in a booking release. We appreciate your cooperation in ensuring smooth transaction processing.
Passenger Documentation
If traveling internationally, I understand I must have a valid passport and may need a visa depending on my destination and passport origin. I understand it is my responsibility to obtain all necessary travel documents. QuickTrip Travel Services is not liable for travel identification or visa issuance. I will review my travel documents for accuracy and contact QuickTrip Travel Services with any questions. I understand discounted fares often have restrictions and that changing any travel arrangements may require additional payments. Non-U.S. passport holders should check entrance requirements with their destination and transit country embassies.
