  • Please read and acknowledge the following statements: 1. Palominas Community Market is a place for community members to gather and make mutually beneficial exchanges, and Palominas Community Market does not regulate your business. 2. Any mutually beneficial exchanges are made solely between you and the community members, and Palominas Community Market in no way assumes liability or responsibility for your exchanges or issues arising from your exchanges. 3. The suggested donation is $10 per space, which is approximately the size of a standard parking space. You can park your vehicle directly behind your booth to make unloading/loading easier. Your donation will be collected at or near the end of each market. 4. As a private "market" on private property we do not have any requirements for permits, licensing, regulations, or insurance. It is solely your responsibility to determine what is required of you elsewhere. 5. You will be responsible for outfitting your space such as tables, chairs, tents, etc. You are also responsible for cleaning up any trash or waste created while vending. We do have trash cans on site for trash and soda cans. There is an outhouse on site. Please be respectful and help keep it clean. 6. Please be sure that your tent or any items are VERY secure with weights or tie downs as needed. We do get unexpected winds and if anything comes loose and damages someone's property or person, you will be responsible for those damages. Many of our spaces have in-ground anchors to which you can connect a tie-down strap between it and your tent. 7. You agree to not sell anything related to the occult or to the "Great Lie of 2020" e.g. masks. 8. All donations received go into funds to pay for rent and maintenance of the property, marketing, etc.
