Thank you for your trust and support! Please review all policies carefully before booking.
We require 60% of the total booking cost via Zelle at the time of booking — NO EXCEPTIONS.
✔ Deposit is due immediately upon request/confirmation
✔ Second invoice is automatically sent for the remaining balance
✔ Final payment is due 1 day prior to services
✔ Applies to all services:
• Boarding
• House Sitting
• Drop-ins
• Taxi Services
• Baths & Nail Clippings
✔ Full payment may be made upfront if preferred

📅 Reservations & Booking
Reservations are confirmed immediately upon client request through our forms, Walkies app, or inbox.
✔ Deposit is required same day to secure booking
✔ Late fees apply if not paid same day: $3
We operate on a limited, appointment-only schedule, and once requested:
• Dates are held specifically for your pet(s)
• Availability is removed for other clients

This policy applies regardless of reason, including:
• Personal or family emergencies
• Travel changes
• Illness (pet or owner)
• Schedule conflicts
📌 Once booked, your time is reserved exclusively for your pet(s)
💳 Paid-in-Full Courtesy Credit Option (Limited)
Clients who pay in full same day with deposit may qualify for a one-time courtesy option:
✔ Cancellations within 0–6 days of service:
• 100% of the reservation total remains due
• Payments remain non-refundable & non-transferable
✔ Courtesy Credit (if eligible):
• Clients who paid in full AND cancel within 0–6 days prior to service (before the final payment due date) may receive up to 20% account credit at our discretion
• If cancellation occurs on or after the final payment due date (1 day prior to service), no credit will be issued
• Remaining balance is retained
• Up to 20% in-account credit may be issued
• Remaining amount is retained
Terms:
• Paid-in-full bookings ONLY
• Credit is non-refundable & non-transferable
• Must be used within 90 days

🐶 Service Requirements & Safety Policies
•Daily Visit Requirement
• No every-other-day visits
• Must be at least once daily
• We do not conduct visits when another pet sitter or person is in home.
Weekend Overnight Policy
• Minimum 2 consecutive nights (Fri–Sun)
Health Policy
• No service for contagious or infectious conditions
• Must be disclosed prior to service
🌡️ Weather Policy
• No walks during extreme heat advisories
• Walks scheduled early morning or evening
• Indoor play provided when necessary
🚫 Right to Refuse Service
We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue service due to:
• Aggressive or unsafe pet behavior
• Lack of disclosure
• Unsafe home environment
• Disrespectful or harmful behavior
🔁 Repeat Cancellations
Clients with repeated cancellations may be required to:
• Pay 100% upfront for all future bookings
• All future bookings remain non-refundable

✅ Client Agreement & Acknowledgment
By requesting and confirming a booking with Your Friendly Neighborhood Babysitter & Pet Sitters LLC, you agree to the following:
• Booking is confirmed upon submission with a non-refundable deposit due immediately
• Payment must be submitted via Zelle only (Springfriendlysitters3@gmail.com under Jonathan/Karina)
• Invoices include due dates and reminders via email, text, and Walkies
• Failure to pay may result in cancellation, late fees ($3/day), or full prepayment requirements
You acknowledge:
• All deposits are non-refundable
• Cancellations may forfeit payments
• No refunds or credits for early returns or unused time
• Late pick-ups may result in additional charges
You accept full responsibility for:
• Your pet(s), home, and property
• Any risks including injury, illness, escape, damage, or death
• Any damages or veterinary costs caused by your pet(s)
You confirm:
• Pet(s) are up to date on vaccinations
• All medical and behavioral conditions are fully disclosed
Failure to disclose may result in:
• Immediate termination of services without refund
You agree:
• Services may be refused or terminated for safety concerns, non-payment, or policy violations
• Not to initiate chargebacks and accept responsibility for recovery costs
• Any disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration in the State of Texas
• You waive court and jury trial rights
You grant permission for:
• Photos/videos of your pet(s) for updates and promotional use
You confirm:
• You are 18 years or older
• You are legally able to enter this agreement

YFNB&P LLC reserves the right to change or modify this policy.
NO REFUNDS. PLEASE PLAN ACCORDINGLY TO AVOID CANCELLATION FEES
CONCERNS YOU SHOULD KNOW ABOUT EVERY OTHER DAY PET SITTING WE DO NOT ACCEPT EVERY OTHER DAY PET SITTING RESERVATIONS. ALL PET SITTING SERVICES MUST BE SCHEDULED AT LEAST 1X PER DAY, IN CONSECUTIVE DAYS IN A ROW, AT LEAST ONE DAY AFTER YOUR DEPARTURE TO ONE DAY BEFORE YOUR ARRIVAL DATE. THIS ASSURES US THAT IF YOUR PET ENDS UP STUCK BEHIND A DRYER OR OTHER LOCATION, BECOMES ILL, OR THE HOME AIR CONDITIONER BREAKS IN THE SUMMER, THEY CAN BE ASSISTED IN A REASONABLE AMOUNT OF TIME. WEEKEND IN-HOME OVERNIGHTS SHALL YOU NEED OVERNIGHTS ON WEEKEND DAYS, TWO CONSECUTIVE NIGHTS MUST BE BOOKED (FRIDAY-SUNDAY). THIS IS DUE TO THE HIGH DEMAND OF WEEKEND OVERNIGHTS. THEREFORE, WE DO NOT ACCEPT ONLY ONE (1)
OVERNIGHT BOOKINGS ON WEEKENDS. INFECTIOUS OR CONTAGIOUS DISEASE OR ILLNESS WE DO NOT CARE FOR ANIMALS WITH INFECTIOUS OR CONTAGIOUS DISEASES OR ILLNESSES. EVEN IF THE ANIMAL IS QUARANTINED AWAY FROM OTHER ANIMALS IN THE HOUSE. REASON BEING THAT WE VISIT MULTIPLE HOUSES EACH DAY AND CANNOT RISK SPREADING THE ILLNESS NOT ONLY TO OUR PET SITTERS, BUT ALSO TO OUR OTHER CLIENTS' ANIMALS. PLEASE NOTIFY FNB&PS OF ANY CONTAGIOUS ILLNESSES PRIOR TO ARRIVING TO YOUR HOME. CANCELLATION POLICY FOR RECURRING DOG WALKING CLIENTS PET SERVICES CANCELED WITH LESS THAN 12 HOURS' NOTICE WILL NOT BE REFUNDED. IF CANCELLATION IS DUE TO CLIENT ILLNESS, PET SITTERS WILL NOT CARE FOR THE ANIMALS WHILE CLIENT IS HOME SO AS NOT TO BECOME INFECTED. CANCELLATION POLICY STILL APPLIES. WINTER WEATHER POLICY FOR DOG WALKING DUE TO SAFETY CONCERNS FOR THE PET CARETAKER AND PETS, WE DO NOT WALK DOGS BELOW O DEGREES F. HEALTHY MEDIUM TO LARGE DOGS WILL BE WALKED FOR 30
MINUTES IF THE TEMPERATURE IS ABOVE 20 DEGREES F. SMALLER DOGS WILL BE LIMITED TO 15 OR 20 MINUTES IF TEMPERATURES ARE BETWEEN 20 TO 32 DEGREES F. SHALL WE NEED TO MAKE THE DOG WALK SHORTER DUE TO COLD AND DANGEROUS TEMPERATURES; WE WILL PROVIDE INDOOR PLAY TIME. THIS IS TO ENSURE YOUR PET STAYS SAFE AND COMFORTABLE DURING HARSH WINTER DAYS. We have the right to refuse service to anyone disrespect in our family staff.
*NO WALKS ON SEVERE HEAT ADVISORY WARNINGS. ALL WALKS WILL BE DONE EARLY MORNING OR LATE EVENINGS WHEN SUN GOES DOWN AND OR WEATHER PERMITTING.
WAIVER AND RELEASE OF LIABILITY I HEREBY WAIVE AND RELEASE Your Friendly neighborhood babysitter & Pet sitters LLC. from liability pertaining to the matters set forth below. I understand that by signing this Waiver and Release, I expressly and willingly agree to assume complete responsibility for any risk of injury, personal property damage, pet loss/theft, or death that may arise while Your Friendly neighborhood babysitter & Pet sitters LLC. is watching my pet(s), property, and home. On behalf of myself, I waive all claims for damages, injuries, diseases, pet loss/theft, and death sustained to my pet(s) or my property, that I may have against Your Friendly neighborhood babysitter & Pet sitters LLC. relating to the pet sitting. I understand that my pet could be lost or escape, be injured during play, or die, while being left with a sitter. My home, property, or personal belongings could be damaged during this time. By this waiver, I assume any risk, and take full responsibility and waive any and all claims of damages to personal property, injuries, diseases, loss/theft, or death pertaining to my pet(s) associated with , Your Friendly neighborhood babysitter & Pet sitters LLC.., including, but not limited to, cuts or puncture wounds, scratches/chewing on personal belongings, walls, or flooring, accidental disease from outside or the pet sitter themselves, and loss of pet by escaping through the door or gate, or being stolen from the property. If my pet or property are harmed during the duration of my stay away from home, I will not hold Your Friendly neighborhood babysitter & Pet sitters LLC. responsible even if the injuries, damages, illness, loss/theft, or death were cause by negligence on my part or the Your Friendly neighborhood babysitter & Pet sitters LLC., or any other party under or affiliated with the Your Friendly neighborhood babysitter & Pet sitters LLC. , . I have informed Your Friendly neighborhood babysitter & Pet sitters LLC. of any physical limitations, ailments, or physical/mental disabilities my pet may have that would cause him or her to be uncomfortable, aggressive, or contagious towards other animals or people. I HAVE READ AND FULLY AGREE TO THE TERMS OF THIS WAIVER AND RELEASE. I UNDERSTAND AND CONFIRM THAT BY SIGNING THIS WAIVER AND RELEASE I HAVE GIVEN UP CONSIDERABLE FUTURE LEGAL RIGHTS. I HAVE SIGNED THIS WAIVER FREELY, VOLUNTARILY, UNDER NO DURESS OR THREAT OF DURESS, WITHOUT INDUCEMENT, PROMISE, OR GUARANTEE BEING COMMUNICATED TO ME. MY SIGNATURE IS PROOF OF MY INTENTION TO EXECUTE A COMPLETE AND UNCONDITIONAL WAIVER AND RELEASE OF ALL LIABILITY TO THE FULL EXTENT OF THE LAW. Liability & Care Agreement The Pet Owner acknowledges that Your Friendly Neighborhood Pet Sitters provides care in a safe, responsible, and professional manner.The Pet Owner understands and accepts that pets may encounter natural risks (including illness, stress, or injury) despite reasonable care.The Pet Owner affirms that their pet(s) are up to date on vaccinations and discloses any medical or behavioral conditions in writing prior to care.The Pet Owner agrees that Your Friendly Neighborhood Pet Sitters shall not be held liable for:Pre-existing health conditions or injuries.Illness, injury, pregnancy, or behavioral changes not directly caused by proven negligence.Actions of other pets in the home if full disclosure was not made.In the event of a dispute, both parties agree to first attempt resolution through mediation before pursuing legal action.The Pet Owner understands that false claims, defamation, or misrepresentation may result in immediate termination of services and potential legal action. Right to Refuse Service Clause
Your Friendly Neighborhood Pet Sitters is committed to providing a safe, respectful, and professional environment for our clients, their pets, and our family. We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or terminate services at any time if a client engages in behavior that is disrespectful, threatening, harassing, or otherwise mistreats our family, staff, or business in any manner.
Such behavior includes but is not limited to:
Disrespectful, abusive, or harassing communication (verbal, written, or online).
False accusations, defamation, or attempts to damage our reputation.
Threats, intimidation, or any conduct that jeopardizes the safety or well-being of our family, staff, or other clients.
In the event that service is refused or terminated under this clause, no refunds or credits will be issued for services already rendered or reserved.
By signing this agreement, the client acknowledges and agrees to uphold mutual respect and professionalism throughout all interactions with Your Friendly Neighborhood Pet Sitters.
