    For Bedlam we will be leaving BAC on Friday Oct 24th @ 5:15pm and we ask that the students arrive at the church by 4:40pm. We will be returning from the church on Sunday October 26th around 4:00-5:00pm depending on traffic (it is about 2.5/3 hours if there is little to no traffic).
  • Bedlam 2025 OCTOBER 24-26 2024 

    BEDLAM is a highly anticipated annual district-wide retreat for Jr. High students (grades 6-8)! Every October, hundreds of Jr. High's from across our district come together for an unforgettable weekend in Muskoka Woods!

    At BEDLAM, we combine adventure, fun, and spiritual growth into one epic experience. From adrenaline-pumping games and outdoor activities to inspiring messages that will challenge and encourage you, this retreat is designed to help you grow in your faith while having the time of your life.

    The weekend is packed with opportunities to connect with other students, build lasting friendships, and create memories that will stay with you long after the retreat is over. This is more than just a retreat-it's a chance to step away from the everyday distractions and dive deeper into your faith, all while having an amazing time with friends.

    Cost is $150 before Sept 27, after that the price goes to $200. The LAST DAY to register will be October 7th @ 11:59pm*includes transportation, programming costs, and Muskoka Woods charges. 

    Bedlam Packing List

    Any medications (please list all below)
    Bible/
    journal/pen
    Labelled water bottle
    Toiletries - deodorant/shampoo/soap/towel
    Warm clothing, coat, boots, gloves/mitts, hat, scarf, extra socks. 
    Running shoes
    T-shirt & shorts
    Toothbrush/toothpaste
    Sweatshirts and/or sweaters
    Jeans and/or sweatpants
    Pajamas
    Sleeping bag / Pillow - VERY IMPORTANT! 
    Flashlight

    *Your child is allowed to bring a cell phone, however, it is not recommended. If you choose to let your child bring their phone, please note that BAC, its leaders/staff and elders are not responsible for any stolen, lost or damaged phones.  

    Please try to restrict your packing to two bags (one for your clothes/supplies & one for your sleeping bag). We need to be able to pack 7 people in each van, so please keep this in mind while packing everything.
